"Lettera amorosa" is an intimate dialogue between René Char's pen and Georges Braque's brush. Braque does more than illustrate it with flowers: he makes it a stage for visual poetry, where the poet's soul and the painter's imagination meet, each line and colour whispering the beauty of the ephemeral.
